Student Council
The Student Council at Reqelford is a dynamic, student-driven organization that represents the voices of our learners. Elected by their peers, Student Council members play an integral role in the decision-making process and act as a bridge between the student body and the school administration.
Student leaders in the Council work on initiatives that promote school spirit, organize events, and advocate for student needs. They are the champions of school-wide activities, responsible for driving change and ensuring that the school's vision aligns with the values and interests of its students. The Student Council fosters leadership, accountability, and the ability to collaborate effectively to make a positive impact on the school community.
Counselling & Development
At Reqelford, we understand that personal development and emotional well-being are as important as academic success. We support students in every aspect of their growth, helping them navigate their journey with confidence, resilience, and self-awareness.
We offer personalized counselling services to ensure that students receive guidance tailored to their individual needs. The school also provides opportunities for students to engage in guest lectures by eminent personalities, which help broaden their horizons and provide valuable insights into personal development, leadership, and various career paths.
These guest lectures serve as an essential aspect of our commitment to student growth, providing direct access to industry leaders, thinkers, and inspirational speakers who inspire students to strive for excellence in every aspect of their lives.
Model United Nations
Our commitment to leadership development is further reflected in the launch of our own Model United Nations conference—REQMUN. What started as a small initiative by a group of passionate students quickly grew into a dynamic platform for diplomacy, debate, and leadership. Over just two years, REQMUN has become a defining event at our school, attracting over 250 participants who are eager to develop their leadership potential.
REQMUN is not just a conference; it's a leadership-building initiative. By creating a space where students can collaborate, negotiate, and problem-solve together, we ensure that they are prepared to lead with confidence and purpose. This experience empowers them to think critically, work collaboratively, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. The leadership skills learned through REQMUN are vital in shaping students into effective communicators, informed global citizens, and future leaders.
Through these initiatives, we continue to inspire our students to grow as leaders—both within and outside the classroom—ensuring they are equipped with the tools to lead with integrity, confidence, and impact.
Activity Clubs
With clubs, students go beyond the classroom and step into roles that challenge and empower them. Through sport, arts, innovation, and service, they cultivate initiative, teamwork, and the leadership skills that define success.
